Yes!!! This was a great purchase for me. This cream really makes me sweat and I will continue purchasing it. I rub the cream on my stomach and wrap up with plastic wrap before I begin my workout routine, and when I'm done I have beads of sweat rolling off of me.The picture is just from me passing my hand over a small area of my stomach.

After reading a lot of these reviews, I purchased some this. I've been using it for a week and I don't think its working. I barely feel any burn and I wear a wrap with it. I gave it 2 stars because my skin is always itchy after I wear the wrap. This cream keeps my skin moist and not itchy. However, I didn't purchase the cream for that reason.

Nice scent. Makes some difference in neck sag...not enough.

Once applied & rubbed in, you will feel a tingling and warming sensation. I then put on either the osmotics wrap or my waist trainer and work out. The amount of sweat pouring off my body is awesome! And the skin definitely feels and appears firmer.

just got it I use it with the body plastic wrap it ok. Cant give results yet but it will make you sweat with the wrap
