Great, but the company is not reinforcing the bottom of the planter
These are beautiful planters and I love that they are recycled wood, BUT if you intend to use this planter for a small starter tree, the company is cheaping out on reinforcing the bottom of the planter. The bottom of the planter is the reclaimed wood but they use tiny nails and tiny wood pieces to support the weight of soil, water and a 5 foot tree for its 24 gallon capacity. Predictably, the nails don't hold it up. I don't want to deter people from purchasing these environmentally friendly planters, but you should know that you might want to reinforce the bottom of the wood planks with more nails and/or wood planks in absence of the company taking more time to reinforce the bottom. These wood pieces are used to support hundreds of pounds so its simply the way the bottom that is assembled that is defective. I have reached out to the company about this issue, so hopefully, this will be corrected OR just don't put a lot of weight in the current design.

After reading the reviews ...
Reviewed in the United States on May 20, 2020:I decided to reinforce the bottom myself and had to change out the screws because the ones that arrive with the package are not long enough to rest on the metal leg -and- screw into the wood.Be advised that the wood is harder thanI expected and I applied a bit too much torque having to glue a corner in place when it had split. I expect that with the modifications I have had to make, that it will at least give me my money's worth before it collapses entirely. (Mother nature can be a cruel mistress sometimes)*suggestion* After looking at other planters I had on hand and a broken one that I couldn't use anymore I salvaged the drain pan re-purposed it ... Cutting to fit the planter to avoid a root rot problem.September 9, 2021: Hind sight is 20/20. I should have drilled drainage wholes but I didn't want to compromise the wood more than I had too at the time. The bottom bowed and popped after the 3rd snow, warm up, melt and refreeze session. Maybe it would have saved it. Now I just use as dress up, it will hold 3 10 inch pots without a problem and some room to spare.

Attractive Planter for Container Gardening
Very nice planter, sturdy, and relatively easy to put together- takes less than 30 minutes. The natural wood pieces in the unit I received fit together a little unevenly, but it's really not noticeable after everything is assembled. The included clear plastic liner is a good weight and fits perfectly into the planter. It also has a velcro attachment that is very easy to secure. There are 1/2-3/4 inch gaps on the smaller sides of the wooden bottom of the planter, which should provide adequate drainage. However, there aren't instructions on how to create drainage after the plastic liner is inserted, so I assume the liner is not to be used for permanent planting. While the unit is attractive, I thought the price was a little high for the finish of the wood. It has more texture than I would have liked because I know mold and dirt will buildup over time and damage the wood, especially without using the liner. Overall though, I think it will be a nice addition to my patio and should work fine for me. The manufacturer does offer a warranty in case I need it.As seen in the picture, I will be using the planter as an upgrade for a passion flower vine that has outgrown its small plastic rectangular container- I'm hoping the wood can take the heat and humidity in Florida!

Don’t buy. Cheap material comes broken.
I bought 2. Both items arrived broken. Ok he wood is flimsy and cheap. The rails and the panels were all broken because the packaging has ZERO padding in it. Returning it at this point is not possible because of the COVID19 stuff. I had to Gorilla glue all the breaks and clamp everything for 24 hours before I could attempt to assemble. The metal corners were bent and one box came with only 12 screws (16 are needed to assemble. This is a very shoddy product. Save your money.

Easy to put together, fair price, quality product, and nice looking!
I purchased two of these to use as planters on my front porch. Product arrived on time, as described, and easy to put together. It's made from recycled wood which is also nice. They look great.

Bottom fell out
I ordered 3 of these for my rooftop deck. They look nice but the bottom cracked and fell through on one of them. The bottom planks are stapled together weakly. I had to repair and fortify. Also bear in mind you’ll need a solution for draining. This is not pressure treated wood so it needs the lining but without one or more drain holes plant roots will rot.I like the idea of recycling but there is room for improvement here.

One is NOT ENOUGH.
I have no way to show I only received ONE of this planter, so I am using this forum. Without TWO, my plan for the garden isn't complete. Please send the other one or I guess I must return the other and use another vendor. Thank you.UPDATE***My son had REMOVED one of the planters without my knowledge and I APOLOGIZE profusely for the bad review. This is a beautiful set and I HIGHLY recommend it. To the SELLER: please accept my sincere apologies. P Zinn

Boards of different width.
The planter is extremely hard to assemble due to the fact that the boards are not consistent in width. They do not fit in the metal channels. In order for them to fit you have to open the channels with a pair of pliers. You need some strength to do this. The bottom board was too wide to fit the box, so I needed to break the board and set broken piece on top of the other piece in order to hold the weight of the dirt. I would not recommend this planter.

Horrible product.
I bought this planter box April 25th. 2 1/2 months later this is what happened. Pictures attached. I called Amazon and I was basically told I am out of luck and the $89.97 because the 30 day return window had passed. Only 2.5 moths old and Amazon would not stand by their product. Terrible customer service and relations. If it were a year old I could understand but not this. 100% FAILURE Amazon.

Poor quality
When putting this together, some of the boards were coming apart, even before I touched them. Some of the boards are uneven, but I made it work. I bought two of them and I am sending one back. They look nice in the picture, but very poor quality. The boards are put together with finishing nails. I do like the liner in it, but I will see how it lasts in our seasons up where I live. Would I recommend them no. I do like that it was made from recycled pine pallets though. That was a great way to reuse something.

Falling apart
This looks good and is easy to assemble; however, it hasn't held up to use. I filled it with soil and planted herbs on my deck. A top board is bowing out, and the bottom part has collapsed. Don't recommend.

Poor workmanship
Not pleased with poor workmanship.I bought 2 of these a couple of months ago. I sent one back right away because it had several wrong size boards in it, and it would not assemble. The other planter assembled but now has the bottom boards sagging down from the weight of the soil and will have to be emptied and repaired.
