DO NOT BUY
The media could not be loaded. Item is faulty. The seller does not provide a contact number and name to return the item to. I even asked if they could book it, they refuse. The seller requested I send a video as a pdf to them via the messaging service, AMAZON DOESNT SUPPORT THAT METHOD. I have no choice but to do it this way.

Good but comes with a snag
For UK customers, bear in mind that, if you plan on insuring this product, your insurance company likely won't accommodate this brand of dryer. I know, because I'm in that situation. The dryer itself works great and the customer service is prompt. However, Domestic and General wouldn't insure it. This means that, once the thing conks out, I'll have to replace it with a new once, rather than a repair covered by insurance. It is the only reason why I've knocked a star off the review. suggest to check with your insurance company first before buying, to ensure the product can be covered by them.

First impressions not impressed
We received this a few weeks ago and due to work being done have just today set it up. Initial thoughts.Plug cable - to short, it will only just reach our plug sockets, and it says do not use an extension lead.Exhaust pipe to short, at just over twoce the length of the item itself it will not reach the window.First useage - two hours on full heat and the clothes are cold and damp still, just a couple of pairs of trousers and a couple of t shirts.It is quiet.Instructions for this are inadequate so it maybe I am missing something, however, if it does not improve will be sending it back for a refund.

Quality poor
Marks on top of dryer door needs banged to close pull hard to open dryer disappeared for 4 days then left outside a premises without contact but that was due to yodel delivery expensive for quality of dryer contacted company on Monday and nobody has got back to me
