Bought two and regret purchasing!The screws that hold the toilet seat to the toilet became loose after a few months in both toilets, to fix meant removing both toilets from the support wall to refit, not a simple job requiring a plumber to complete.Also One toilet seat became chipped after six months.Contacted manufacturing support who said we only offer six months warranty so although there website says two years they will state 'that after six month you as a customer are in the burden of proof that there is no personal fault on your part', Since you bought the toilet in September of last year, this period has passed. in other words we ain't helping you.All in all the quality of product has not lived up to expectations and customer support are happy to avoid helping you!

Bad quality toilet seat. As per other review, the screws that fix the toilet seat are loose. Also, after only three months of use, one of the hinges broke. Seller’s response: “if bought more than 6 months ago, there’s nothing we can do.” I only installed it three months ago... a replacement costs £65. Completely unacceptable! Stay away from it.
