I recently bought a new gaming pc but later had an issue where the Bluetooth driver wouldn’t install and completely vanished. all that was solved as soon as I purchased this Bluetooth usb, no issues what so ever just plugged in and connected straight away.

While motherboard bluetooths work, even in 2024 you're better off with a USB dongle. Neither a high-end Asus motherboard nor Razer Blade's bluetooth managed to keep up well with a bluetooth headset (voice cut off, compression issues, latency issues), this fixed my problems.It uses a Barrot chip (Chinese company) but beats Intel's built-in in every single way. Allows 5 devices to be connected at the same time, transmission of data is excellent but as usual with every single device these days, there's a downside. Below in the reviews there are people who had a hard time make it work. I had run into bumps myself as well. You NEED to disable the on-board bluetooth to make this work otherwise it will clash with it (error 34). My device manager didn't allow me to disable the Intel chipset, so I've removed it, added this and still needed a reboot. After the reboot, the device manager found the Intel chip again but was able to disable it at that point. Another reboot and the UGreen bluetooth started working. Had to add back my Bluetooth devices to my system and since then it's still holding perfectly. No issue connecting Bose open earbuds, 700 series headset or Logitech MX keyboards and mice. Sounds are great, there's no lag nor outages. Great buy.

Been using this adapter for months on headphones and controllers, there is never any input delay or any issues for meIt was really easy to setup, all you need to do is plug it in and it will work flawlesslyAlso having bluetooth 5.4 is really nice as it takes full advantage of new products with recent bluetooth versions

This Bluetooth USB device works on windows 11 out of the box with a generic driver. The issue is that it doesn't report properly to the operating system. Not to mention that the 5.3 version is on the UGREEN website but the 5.4 version is not. This means that either the creator is lazy and didn't update their own site or its a FAKE.Additionally this is completely unsupported on Linux and will NOT function.

I followed the instructions exactly to the letter and I even went into Bios to disable the built in Bluetooth functionality of my motherboard but it was of no use. I connected the dongle and Windows 11 found it, installed the correct drivers but when I tried to connect either of my PlayStation controllers to my pc via this dongle it worked for a while then began either not responding or just simply freezing up. I eventually went back to an older dongle I've had for years that's 5.0 bluetooth connection and have found NO problems what so ever with that one.Went into device manager and found everything as it should be but still problems with this dongle.Would I recommend purchasing this item.....Definitely NOT!!!

This does the job perfectly. I’m just using it for my Xbox controller on my PC but it does the job great, no dropped connections. No lag. Plug and play install. Ugreen always seems to deliver.

I updated my windows PC. After this my BT headphones would not connect. I took a gamble that it may be the BT dongle so i purchased this one. Lucky for me I was right. I inserted the new dongle and my headphones paired without hassle. Not only that, as these are the latest BT version (5.4) they cover 20m not 10m as all other BT devices. My headphones (using the old BT dongle) would completely cut out at the kitchen sink, this new BT Dongle does not cut out. Great stuff!

It works
