Find when I add before cooking for seasoning the flavour was muted. But use plain grinder sea salt for the cooking then add a dash once plated and its perfect.

They are full of flavour and can be used in a wide variety of dishes. Good delivery time and arrived in perfect order, a little on the expensive side but that is the ways things are now.

My only negative is that as the grounds are on the large side they don't stay on food and end up on the plate, minor point.

Very nice but rather pricey.
