Can actually swallow these.
These are tiny, I can’t usually swallow pills easily but these are fine. For me, I find they help with joints and acid reflux too, don’t know if that’s “a thing” or not.

They are a bit messy and a bit powdery. Cause stains on fingers so used s spoon to get them out of packet. Easy to take though

This product works!
I have only been taking this product for a short while; have never taken it before, and am already feeling the benefits. I suffer withRheumatoid Arthritis and am finding that the pin and my inflammatory levels have subsided.I was appreciative of the suggestion for how to take these little tablets, avoiding staining.My only small disappointment was the packaging. I decanted them into a small plastic pill bottle for ease of storage. However, I am delighted. So many thanks.
