Item arrived in very good time. First reaction is how heavy the jigstore is and being flat boards in a cardboard box rather expensive. I managed to invert a puzzle from a jigboard, as described in the leaflet although I would have liked a second pair of hands, but my attempt to slide another puzzle onto the board from a flat surface didn't work, so tried inverting it and the whole puzzle slid out the other side as the surfaces of the boards are very slippery. So, a bit disappointing.Have finally mastered the technique by tying tape around first, grabbing opposite side (from underneath) and turning over, However care still has to be taken with puzzles that do not completely interlock e.g. House of Puzzles, as they can still slip out of place.

I started doing Disney’s 1000-piece Collector’s Edition puzzles during the Summer of COVID-19 and the completed puzzles are legit art so I decided to finish and save them ALL, then buy one of the Jigthings picture frames so the puzzles can be displayed on rotation. (The plan is to give them to my 3-year-old twin nieces whose mom is a Disney FANATIC . . . that gift may still be years in the making but hey I’m 3.5 puzzles down with 6.5 more to go).I had my doubts when I bought this product because really, who HONESTLY expects to be able to store, access, and transport 1000-piece puzzles without ever losing a single piece??? Jigthings put those doubts to rest impossible though it may seem. Their ‘Jigsafe’ is EFFECTIVE and IT WORKS.A few brief comments . . .1. Barring “improvements” such as finding a second set of straps to secure the lid, the unit really MUST remain flat during storage and transport. Edge-pieces would likely get jostled loose and lost if the lid fell off.2. The lid split at one of the corners while transferring the third puzzle into the box. This was easily repaired with duct tape and I suspect any upgrade to the quality of the materials would make the product too cost-prohibitive for the seller so buyers are best advised to just handle with care.3. The box is relatively light upon receipt but it gets heavy FAST. Completed 1000-piece puzzles weigh more than anyone ever really stops to consider so I fully intend to keep everything on the floor while transferring puzzles 4-10.4. Completed puzzles should be stored at the BOTTOM of the stack. It’s much easier to keep adding to the box if you don’t have to shift puzzles around with each new addition.I’m not uploading pictures because I can’t really improve upon the pictures taken by the seller. Maybe I’ll change my mind if I decide to update this review after finishing that project in another year or two.

This is the second set of Jigstore 1000 storage units that I have bought. We have a Jigstore puzzle picture frame so we store the completed pictures in the storage box and rotate the completed pictures in the frame. The beauty of this type of storage for the puzzle is that you do not need to move the completed puzzle off the board to use it.

Loved it and it was very helpful for making puzzles. Also it is so pretty!

One of the best Christmas gifts for my puzzle loving daughter. Now she does not have to find cardboard boxes to sit her puzzles on that were collecting dust. Absolutely loved it!

Another awesome find for my puzzle life. It is a bit heavy once you have all the puzzles inside though
