Pillivuyt Patisserie Flan Dish 28.3X4cm

I was originally intimidated byt he 28 cm size as my previous dish was 24 cm. But given how deep the scallops are, the surface area is actually the same. I've made several tarts and one quiche in it and it's held up beautifully and cooked evenly. But to be fair my old dish did the same until it was dropped and broke. The main reason this dish stands out and why I purchased it, is the deep scalloped edge rather than the more traditional ridges. I've gotten complements on how cute and unique a flan/quiche dish this is each time it's presented. I also own other Pillivuyt dishes, which I've had for years, and they all still look brilliant even after years of abuse.
