My wife and I both own Samsung S10e phones. We both had rapid discharge issues. Hers worse than mine. I ordered one of these batteries for my phone first. I could use mine as the guinea pig, since I use the phone less than my wife does.After installing the battery in my phone, the discharge rate was slower. And the charge time was reduced. I have had the battery in my phone for over a week, and have not observed any issues.A couple of days ago, I ordered a battery for my wife's phone. After installing it, the charge rate on hers was also faster. And the discharge rate was significantly reduced.I should point out that the original battery on my wife's phone was swollen, which is an indicator of the fact that it was going bad. And it was manufactured on 10/03/2019, making it roughly 5 years and 4.5 months old. Li-Ion batteries don't last indefinitely. Mine was manufactured on 10/01/2019.Finally, the order comes with a cute little set of tools. I am a retired IT tech, so I used my own tools. But for someone who doesn't have tools designed to work with these devices, the tools would be greatly beneficial. I am giving this a 4 instead of a 5 star rating only because I haven't had the batteries installed for a long enough time to determine that they will last. But once I have had the batteries installed for six months, I may come back and modify this review. Either way.

Had it installed by a professional, a day later the phone struggled to charge. While plugged in the battery started to slowly drain as if it wasn't plugged in at all. I switched charger cables & adapters... nothing. Wasted $300+ between product and installation to have a dead phone. Place wants an additional couple hundred in order to remove the battery for me to ship it back to Amazon for a return of $40..

Ease of installation. Battree life is long. Fits factree. Functions like original.

I got this battery since i've been using my 3DS a lot more recently, and the battery has been in there since I got it. This is the one that was the cheapest one that was on prime, and it says that it was bigger than the original (Even though the review is a bit shaky). For the price, it does work as a battery replacement, so it works in that regard.I'm not sure if its placebo effect, but similar to the (only other) review on this product, the battery seems to last shorter than the previous battery. I've had times when the last I check, the battery was around 50%, but when I power it on again, its at ≤4%. One thing that i've noted though is that once it reaches those lower percentages.Again, from the review, I took their advice to run it through a couple full cycles of charging (letting it run to 0 and then charging it to or about full) and it seems to be still doing that stuff. I don't know how many I need to be doing, but its going i guess. The system may just need to be trained or something, i'm really not sureI mean, it works as a battery, so if you want a cheaper battery that can hold a charge, it definately does that. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Once I received it you can tell it's a quality battery. As far as 8000mAh capacity my note 5 just doesn't confirm it. It shows that it is a 3300mAh capacity battery. Not sure why that is but I can tell you that it is a high-capacity battery. It outlasted last the OEM battery by far. I have a note 8 software on my note 5 and the last battery I bought off an eBay seller was supposed to be a premium battery. Well after 6 months that premium battery just died. The software is a lot harder on my note 5 because it was not intended for it. This battery is a trooper. I image if I reverted back to the original software, it would keep the phone up for a couple of days on standby. With this battery I have a full day no problem with a little more to spare. I did charge the phone till 1% for 4 times as per instructions before the battery really kicked in.
