Here's the thing: it fit perfect (I'm a size 16-18, 5'5" and bought XL), but the thing is my thighs rub together. The material makes my thighs make an intense "swishing" sound that I cannot stand, and I have other scrub bottoms that don't do this so I'll just stick with those. I bought these for the style and because scrubs tend to be kind of unflattering. If it weren't for all the noise, I would've given them 5 stars.

I ordered the black initially; now I have all three colors! As a girl with a small frame, I've always struggled to find scrubs that don't look baggy on me. These pants were the answer to my prayers! They're super stylish and I recommend them 100%. I ordered the regular XXS, and they fit me all in the right places like in the picture! When I did a second order for the other colors, I wanted to try out the XS because on the XXS, it was a bit snug on hips (I like to tuck my scrub tops in my pants). I was hoping to get a more comfortable fit, but the pant legs ended up looking baggy on me :(. I ended up exchanging for an XXS. If youre afraid of the pants being too small for your regular size and size up, beware that they pant legs may look a little more baggy on you.

My favorite pair of scrub bottoms. Comfy, stretchy, wrinkle-free. I'd wear them to the gym!

As most plus size women know, it never fits right in bigger sizes. Normally I'm a 2x but the XL fit me great in the waist, real comfy, no binding, but the ankles are bigger too,so they're loose and sway when I walk. Not at all what I was hoping for. Probably wont buy again, but will likely still look for a similar style.
