These work super well and I am extremely pleased with my results after just 2 times of using the strips. I was looking for some other Grinigh strips I used in the past and couldn't find them, and I was skeptical at first about the coconut oil in these (thinking it might be too mild) but it actually tastes amazing and these strips whiten better than the other ones I used! The ONLY thing I don't love about them is how sticky they are, I panicked a little bit the first time I peeled them off because it is really like pulling a sticker off and while it doesn't hurt, you do have to use some pressure to get it off. But I am happy and rate these 5 stars, I have fairly decent looking teeth and get compliments on them but they tend to go a bit yellowish with drinking coffee and this really seems to restore my whiteness and get more compliments again (even after 2 uses)!Edited to add: The strips say you can leave them on up to 120 minutes. I have started doing that and find they are MUCH easier to peel off after 120 minutes of wear time, than just 60 minutes.

These strips stick better to teeth than any other brand. Like taste and there is absolutely no sensitivity. The color chart shows considerable whitening. It does seem that I have to use strips at least once or twice a week to maintain but maybe that is due to coffee!

So far on day 3 I see improvement. My teeth were not to bad to begin with, not yellow but not white. I drink coffee daily and wine every now and then. I tried to get the same lighting with the photos but it was not easy. I also paired these with the Auraglow light.

It is the next morning and I almost burst into tears when I took a drink of cold water. Extreme pain through each tooth, felt like it was even hitting the nerve! Pain has been lasting for 1-2 minutes after each drink of water (even room temperature).

These were hard to remove. And they did cause some irritation, and didn’t really whiten. I didn’t do more than 3 times because I literally had to ya know it to remove it. Yikes!

I bought 2 packs , mainly because I love coconut oil . These however were very hard to get off my teeth and I didn’t leave them in too long .

I enjoy wearing these whitening strips anytime, even drinking my coffee. Sometimes I forget to take them off for hours, yet they don't hurt my teeth and gums after use.
