Elite Solid's Silk Handmade Wedding Tie Mens + Boys Necktie

Definitely not the same as what others received. Overall, I hope this will be a good tie, but from the start I am very skeptical (will update review if anything changes). There is no box or nice "presentation" like other reviews claim. It comes in a plastic wrapper folded into one of Amazon's plastic bubble wrap bags. When I received it, it was all wrinkled from the way it was shipped. Not only was the presentation bad, but it isn't even ready to wear. Secondly, the material feels like after a few wears it will start looking bad. My tie clip will likely ruin the cheap material.

This tie was advertised as "Extra Long". I'm a taller guy and wanted a long tie so I could make a thicker knot without sacrificing length. I got the tie and it is exactly the same length as my previous tie. It is not extra long. That's the whole reason I got it. It's a fine tie. Seems well made, it's very thin and the material seems quality. It's just not extra long as advertised.

I was looking for a nice silk Extra Long tie in maroon for my wardrobe.I wanted silk and extra long because it's lighter and thinner than other materials, so it won't be bulky when making my intricate knots.While this tie is a nice silk and looks good, it's a little thicker than I'd like. There's some extra padding which I suppose is for making it lay better.So it's good for a Windsor knot, but anything more elaborate will be too bulky.Knowing this, I would have gotten a regular length tie from this maker instead.It's a good tie, so I'm keeping it. But if you're looking for a light tie for making fancy knots, this one may not be the one for you.

Okay, I have reviewed tons of items.. this is the first tie that made me actually say "Wow!" The presentation was perfect. This item came in a small box. As far as boxes go this was a nice touch. Before opening I was prompted with a funny little "warning" "Contents may cause you to jump for joy. (Maybe limber up before opening?)" Upon opening the box I was greeted with a nicely wrapped tie. The tie was wrapped in plastic and then in tissue paper. Again the presentation was perfect... They tossed in a few things like a sticker and a key chain.The tie itself is of great quality. The young one loves it and it matched the rest of our wedding party.Overall the tie surpassed my expectations. Great Packaging and a Great Tie

It was a nice tie, but the manufacturer didn't take the care necessary for this sort of item. The tie came creased, but it was clearly not due to a shipping issue. The outside plastic was completely undamaged, so it definitely came from the factory that way. Something of this nature should come wrinkle free from the manufacturer, who should take reasonable steps to assure that it stays that way.

I wanted a solid bright red tie, and this is it. It feels like really nice quality. I saw some reviews that said that they got a polyester tie even though a silk tie is advertised. Mine is 100% silk, so that worked for me anyway. The price was great compared to if I went to a local store for the same thing.

This tie is narrower than advertised and is definitely not silk. It's a cheap synthetic material that looks shiny in a bad way. Some microfiber synthetic ties can be nice, but this is not one of them. The color is more or less brown and it is a tie, otherwise I would have given it one star.

I'd bought something similar for my wedding and they ended up being garbage. I found these and ordered them and holy cow, what a difference. These are perfect. They're not too thin, not too fat, not too yellow, and not so pale they just look dirty. I am very excited about these
