Functions as advertised. Very comfortable. Well constructed.Fits a large gaming laptop easily, and my legs are thanking me for not being burnt to a crisp or developing 'skin dents' during long gaming sessions.Will definitely be ordering the tablet/mobile holder clip-ons for added accessibility.I absolutely love it! Pricey, but worth every penny for me.

When I first purchased the Couchmaster, I had reservations. I had watched many YouTube reviews which were glowing, and felt this product would definitely meet my needs, but you just never know how exactly something will feel once it is in your hands and you are using it.My reservations were thankfully unfounded, the Couchmaster is amazing. It truly feels like you are behind a desk. It is solid, well made, well designed, and there is truly nothing like it out there that I have seen. Your keyboard and mouse are self-contained in the "desk" piece of the Couchmaster, which for me is exactly what I want. Keep in mind if you want to use your KB/M on other things without the Couchmaster included, you will have to remove them from the desk piece or not use the built in organization the product offers. The Couchmaster is a more permanent solution for a person, like me, who uses their computer and plays video games from the comfort of the living room sectional. If this is what you are in the market for, you will find no better product than this.I did go high-end and get the Titan Edition, It comes with real leather arm rests and some metallic appointments on the desk piece. Looks very sharp and I really like it, but there are many more affordable versions of this product than the Titan, so if this is a product you are interested in I highly recommend you go for it. You won't regret it.

I will admit that I don't often go full-blown when making a purchase. It is more frequent for me to seek out the budget options, but in this case, I decided to splurge for my birthday. Let me say I am glad that I did. This product is worth every penny despite a few very minor flaws.First, the good:The cushions and work areas are of the highest quality. The real leather finish is very apparent and as someone to happens also own a regular version couchmaster I can easily point out the difference in weight, texture and overall feel that this edition brings. The wiring is heavy duty and everything is on point to maximize functionality and comfort as if you were seated at a desk while sitting on a much more comfortable seat.The drawbacks / downside:The couchmaster comes with two very long "DIY" strips of velcro with a decent adhesive that you are meant to use so that the additional bag or other features can be safely attached with a removable option. However, because of the quality of the leather, these adhesive strips simply do not want to stay. I've tried putting my phone (galaxy s9+) in the holder bag after attaching it midway along one warm, but the weight of just this item keeps pulling the adhesive apart. That's ok though since I'd much rather have the high-quality leather anyway, and losing a small bag that only holds a phone is a minor loss.Also, the corner of the armrest on the right-hand side of the board (a piece with a nice leather finish) came up slightly and was handled easily with some creativity.These two quirks aside, the couchmaster is amazing, but the designers may want to rethink using adhesive stripped velcro as the strips simply will not stay bonded to any useful degree.

I bought the Couchmaster Titan edition as a “renewed” product from Amazon Renewed, to try to save a little money. It had a couple of issues with it when I received it. The glue on the brushed metal accents must have been separating because they were not sitting flush on the lapboard. I contacted NerdyTec/Couchmaster support thinking that maybe they could help me somehow, even though I didn’t buy it direct from their store. I didn’t think they’d help since I bought it from Amazon Renewed, but was pleasantly surprised after being proven wrong.Customer support offered multiple options: they said I could replace the lapboard, they gave me advice on how to fix it if I didn’t want to do the return/exchange, and they even offered to refund me some money to compensate for the issue.I was very pleased that they’d offer to give me a partial refund even though I didn’t buy it through their store and it was a renewed product which would be more likely to have issues. Mind you, this all happened almost a year and a half after purchase. My mother passed away right around the time I received the product and I didn’t really mess with it for a long time. Even though I’d had it for that long they still were willing to cover it and help me.When I got around to actually using it I found it very comfortable. It’s awesome to be able to just kick back on the couch and play a game with keyboard and mouse, or just even do work on my computer. I’ve been working on game design programs and it’s been great using it to sit in a comfortable relaxed position while learning and creating. I sit at then end of my couch which has an almost recliner like design where it has a reclining mode with leg rest and everything. I’ve been using one of the leather arm wrests on my right hand side and having the lapboard sit on that and across my lap with the other side resting on my couches built in arm wrest on the left. Works great. And if I want to sit in the middle of the couch I just use both arm wrests. It’s easy to just set the board aside when I need to get up to grab a drink or go to the bathroom. I was just using it for the arm wrest and lap board and had been charging my keyboard and mouse separately.Fast forward to a week ago (almost 3 years after I purchased it) , and I decided I wanted to use the built in USB ports and charging setup. When I went to hook everything up I realized that I hadn’t received the 2 USB cables that were suppose to come with the product. They’re kind of specialized cables so I contacted NerdyTec/Couchmaster support to see about ordering the missing cables. With the full intention of paying for them, mind you. Once again I was surprised when the agent offered to just send me the cables for free. Free, 3 years after I bought the product and hadn’t noticed the parts were missing for a used/renewed product I didn’t buy direct from their store. Got the cables a week after I contacted support and they seem like thick, nice, high quality cables. I don’t think there’s a whole lot of companies who offer service to that level. It’s like they actually care about their customer’s satisfaction. Sad that’s that seems like a rare thing for a lot of companies nowadays. Very pleasantly surprised and satisfied! Thanks NerdyTec!
