Purchased to monitor seasonal business 20 miles away. All cameras stopped working within 6 months. Had to install update I never would’ve known about had I not contacted tech support. Remote access only worked occasionally and audio never did work. Their website is not secure. I don’t know how to prove it, but I suspect a direct connection between them and my email, google and amazon accts being accessed by someone in China. Tech support is only for a year, so when the cameras stopped working again, I had no way of fixing. Manual is in broken English and very difficult to comprehend. Tech support is also in China, so good luck communicating with them. I needed the cameras 3 times and each time the images weren’t even clear enough to get license plate numbers or see a face. Way too overpriced & completely worthless.

If you are hoping to use this product to monitor your home from a mobile device, read the reviews for the App first. It is called IP Pro. The app constantly crashes and there is no customer support to call for assistance. The product by itself, was easy to install and works well.

Consider in Price, this is just an OK device..... due to ...I’ve used this for 1 year, everything went good. And then their software changed, the Device need to be Updated or else it’s a Piece of Trash. So I got Trouble Upgrade, have to Contact Customer Service, after many times tried to Upgrade and Failed, I put it Away. I really wanted the Company can help or Replace my Camera, but they Didn’t. Today I happened to see this on Amazon, so I just wanna share what I’ve been through....

We aren't using the app with this, so there's no audio. Speakers won't work plugged into the HDMI or USB ports. I can connect to a TV via HDMI, but that is redundant. If I had an adapter that would play audio thru a speaker I would keep it, otherwise I may have to return it.

Love these clear picture day and night easy to install

First off tech support will NOT talk to me on the phone. Customer service is aweful. I believe no English. The picture is delayed and choppy, even with cameras very close to the dvr. Can't describe in words how bad of a purchase it was.

Signal is good for short distance more than five seconds delay on the picture

Extremely satisfied with this camera and monitor. Exceeded my expectations for ease of installation and quality of videos. Would highly recommend this system.
