I hate taking pricey pharmaceuticals. Taken quite a few supplements for overactive bladder. These work very well for me! It takes a few days to start working. When it does it relieves the urgency!

Skeptical, but thought I'd try Stronghold anyway. I was experiencing urgency and not always making it to the bathroom on time, especially when I wakened at night. Sometimes I didn't even have time to get out of bed! I had already talked to my doctor and was put on the maximum dosage of Oxybutynin, a prescription medicine for overactive bladder. I didn't want to think about the next step if I couldn't get this under control. Stronghold solved the problem that wasn't totally handled by the prescription medicine. Within a week, I stopped having leaks day or night, no frantic rushes to the bathroom, and I've been taking Stronghold for several months now. It restored my confidence. You'd have to pry it out of my cold, dead hands to get me to give it up.

I am trying this product as it was recommended by my Gynocologist. I like it because it is a natural substance. Who knew that pumpkin seed extract would help with urgency? Occasionally at night I will need to use the restroom and suddenly I cannot control the urine flow and so I connot make it to the toilet in time. This is very frustrating. I tried the Azo bladder control product, but it did not help at all. I have been taking two capsules of the Biovay product at night. I decided to take one at night and one in the morning to see if this would help if I had a sudden urge during the day. I think this is helping. I have had stress incontinenc for many years. I can tolerate that, but incontinence is not something I can accept.

I went off my prescription bladder control medication to try this herbal supplement. I was very hopeful it would work. I have light bladder leakage due to urges. This DID NOT WORK AT ALL. My incontinence was back within 36 hours. I took the supplement for a week to give it time to work and give it a far shot. Needless to say I'm back on my prescription medication. I also could not get a refund on this. Buyer beware.

Not sure yet how much this product is helping with urge incontinence. One thing I do know, is that it smelled slightly rancid. Taking it anyway and hopefully we will see. If I decide to purchase again, may order straight from the company.

My mother and I both have trouble with Incontinence and urgency. I normally am up at night 5 or more times and my bed is only about 6 ft from the toilet and I could not make it. Any trip from the home and I could not even make it to get the front door unlocked. My 82 year old mother was just as bad and had lots of trouble with the excessive moisture causing her to have infections. I tried this 1st and it seemed to take me a few days to start feeling the most relief but it was pretty dramatic. I believe that because I was going so often that possibly my bladder had gotten to where it could not hold much and now I am able to hold more and for longer. We started my mother on this about a week ago and she has already gotten relief as well. I’ve told my sister and she is talking about ordering her some to start. We were concerned at 1st because my mom has heart trouble and has a pace maker and takes a diuretic and we did not want to give her anything that would interact with her medications or that would cause her to retain fluids that might build up around her heart. We do have a nurse that is checking on this for us but we do not suspect that she will find any sides effects that are going to make us pull her from taking this supplement. I had taken my bottle to my mom and have gone a few days without this and am seeing my symptoms returni. I am on here tonight placing my order. I am subscribing to this medication because I don’t ever want to be without it because it has helped us so much.

This product was purchased for my elderly mom, who has experienced urgency, frequency and stress incontinence for years. Now she is in a long-term care facility and continues to decline. Staff cannot respond instantly every time she wants to go to the bathroom, repeatedly and often 30 minutes to less than 10 minutes after a prior trip. Medications have adverse side effects. Interval training does not work. There are no medical procedures feasible for her advanced age and poor health (nerve stimulation is the only new thing available). I specifically chose Stronghold because they listed ingredients with the milligrams contained in each dose. It is a bonus that they do not use additional fillers like some other products. I would say this product is effective – the facility nurses asked me to order more.

Review update, they actually don't work as well as I hoped it was during a time of sweating a lot that's where all the water was going because now that it's cooler where I am it's back to having to go frequently.

Very effective bladder control pills. I have had the best results with this product and I highly recommend it.
