The verdict is still out on this product. I struggle with weight loss and tried this after reading the reviews to see if it would give me the jump start I need. In all fairness, I have only used it a few days and I know I cannot expect it to be a miracle pill. I simply don't see any benefit as of yet. Am hoping maybe a after a week or two I will.

Swallowing difficulties!
Just too big for me to swallow! I always have problems with large pills.Especially none coated ones. I don't cut pills and halves anymore ~some of them taste Nasty! Not sure if this one does... Hope they work for you!

Didn't work for me :(...
I don't know if it is me but it didn't help me loose weight or gain energy, unfortunately it bloated my stomach and made feel very very lazy. I tried them in different days, with different exercise routines, different diets and nothing :(... I was really excited about them since most of the reviews are amazing but it wasn't my case. I have been reading and found out that probably the problem is that I am intolerant to the veggie caps, i'll give them a last try by taking only the powder and see if it works.
