Horrible. DO NOT PURCHASE
ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL! I used these balloons as center pieces on each table at my baby shower. I brought them to Party City to fill up with helium, THEY DID NOT FLOAT. The day of my baby shower I had to rush to Party City, buy new balloons, and re think new center pieces. The tulle is TOO HEAVY for the balloons to float. Very Very Upsetting- especially to a nine month pregnant woman. I cannot even return these to get a refund. Horrible. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Super disappointed.
They look cute in pictures, but the tulle is too heavy and weighs the balloon down, so it doesn’t float. Super disappointed.
