XLR Female plug to 6.3mm mono jack socket
So far these have been ok and do the job of converting XLR to Jack on my stage box, I doubt they will become a permanent fixture as an XLR to Jack lead is the way to go that will cause less problems, but they work ok for now and are always useful to have in your box, just in case.
