Optic 6 GEN3 COB LED Grow Light 605W (UV/IR)

The light is a good light but as far as the companies 10 year warranty they advertise so loudly, I call BS.I own multiple Optic Grow lights, among them Optic 8's (they've been great so far) an Optic 6 (which has blown LEDs), multiple Optic 2s (which also have blown LEDs) and then many Optic 1s (no complaints with them either.I've made multiple attempts trying to contact Optic Grow Lights and they all just get ignored after I express the problems and what needs replacing.Super disappointed in this company.

I bought two optic 2, gen 3 lights from the manufacturer one year ago. After one year the bloom enhancers on both lights went out. Customer service replied with instructions on how to trouble shoot the problem. We landed on it needing new boards. They sent me a link to order the parts and a link with instructions on how to change the parts. I didn’t think this would include me doing the work. I received an email saying the parts are ready for shipment. After two weeks and no parts I emailed them asking when my parts would be shipped. The reply was, we’ll let you know when the come in. It has been a total of 7 weeks at this point and still no boards. If you grow then you know the lack the bloom lights isn’t good for your flowering cycle. Also,it should be mentioned that the warranty includes you having to do complete the repairs yourself.

First off this light is great when working properly. The bloom lights started burnin out, I’m now down to 2/6 bloom arrays. The rep. At optic told me he was mailing the parts to me.Edit: I got sent the replacements and got the light running again. Great light when it’s all working. I really hope it stays running I love this thing when all is working.

Bought this light at ledgrowlightsdepot.com, now on my third harvest. Everything about this light is positive, nonissues, very bright and the plants are loving it. Talked my sister into buying one and she has no complaints either. I would certainly recommend this light to anyone who was looking and wanted to spend less than 750.

I bought my Optic6 directly from the manufacturer, not on Amazon. Within 6 months, boards were blown, their warranty was to send me new boards to replace myself. A 2 hr job. Now I discovered that while my lights were "off" one panel stayed dimly lit with intermittent flashes of white. It not explains why every plant in my last grow hermed. Now they are trying to put the blame back on me that I did not install the new boards correctly 18 months ago. Something I should never had to do to begin with!

I own 2 optic 6 it a great lights they pound my canopy's, I have them in 5 X 5 tents and they do a great job. I love the option to be able to turn on or off the 5 watt led's and the timer is real simple to operate. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE !!!! GREAT LIGHT !!!!

nightmare product, nightmare customer service, nightmare company!!! in 5 cycles 1) the timer burned out, 2) the cree cobs are burning and melting, 3) banks of led's are turning off. i have been trying for 10 days to get them to respond!. the phone # is never answered and the voice mail is always full. the emails go unanswered. "F" RAting with the better business bureau!!! I WISH I NEVER FOUND THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. SO NOW IM OFF TO FILE A CLAIM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
