By the time that they are adjusted out far enough to work they fall apart. They also have a tendency to stick

You may need to adjust...just like the picture shows
I don't know if they just didn't have the picture describing how to adjust before most of the negative reviewers posted, or if you folks just don't know how to read stuff and make a corresponding adjustment. Spin the internal piece (the part that has two holes in it - Quik Latch has the same adjuster)...it may take you more than a nano second to get it right...but keep trying and you'll find a spot where it holds, really well in fact. I put a little JB Weld on it to hold the inner piece in place (which is the reason for the four stars...the inner piece will vibrate loose otherwise, no means of locking it).I'll update if it fails down the road

Ordered 8 only 4 worked other 4 defective
The media could not be loaded. I initially ordered 4 (2 for the front bumper 2 for the rear bumper) when they came only 2 of the four worked, so I order 4 more assuming only half of them would work. Glad I did because again of the 4 I order only 2 worked again.In the video you’ll see 3 of them I tested. The first clicks into place but with very little movement it will release from the button, in the 2nd one you will see it won’t even click in and doesn’t hold at all, in the last one you will see how they are suppose to function. It clicks into place holds tight and will only release when you push the middle button.If you’re planning to buy these I’d recommend buying twice as many as you need and testing them and return the defective ones.

Just for looks
Pins look amazing but they arent very durable feeling. 1 pin does not function and it would take much force to open without pushing the button.
