esotec Trio 102140 Solar-Powered Spotlights Set of 3

The [product is exactly as described and arrived on time well packed. Very simple instructions and I was impressed to see that not only can you use them with the ground spike, they can also be used by screwing them to walls or a post and provision is made for this in the box. I put them in the garden at approximately 3pm yesterday as it was nice and sunny, and very impressed that they charged so quickly and remained on all night! I would certainly order these again. A good buy at a good price.

Bought three sets of these lights over a year since now, work amazingly well during spring and summer months when sunlight is plentiful, very bright light that keeps on going all thru the night for in well excess of 8 hours, now that winter months are here its the real test and I'm not too disappointed as even with minimal amounts of sunlight these units have delivered well over 5 hours of bright light dimming off as the night draws on. I've had comments from neighbours as to the brilliance of the light in our garden and I am sure they also act as a bit of a deterrent to the light fingered brigade. One thing I will be doing though is to remove the batteries from the units once or twice a month during winter and recharge them using a plug in charger just to maintain the integrity of the batteries. Some reviewers have said that the units both lamp and panel aren't waterproof, well I have to disagree as I've placed mine in quite exposed areas and they have shown no signs of water ingress and have not failed me once. Very good product and good vfm at the price.Edit 29th Dec 2020... still going strong with no failures.

I was unsure whether to give three or four stars on these, they are bright and the light does last longer if you upgrade the Nimh batteries included, however, since December one light no longer works and it does not appear to be fixable- I purchased the set in July so not so many months usage from them and they should really have a longer gaurantee, it would be nice if you could buy spares to replace the one light which has died mysteriously, the remaining two are still working well, I would but another set or additional lights if they were available as add ons so am doing some digging to see if I can find a suitable alterrnative. I shall of course update my review if a solution is found.

The lights were amazing bright and clear but the solar panel broke as soon as it got wet

This is the second set of these lights that I have bought. The first set have been lighting a water feature in my garden for over a year. They seem brighter than any other solar powered system that I have found in this price range. They have worked all through the winter when light levels were low. They get splashed continuously but keep on going. For more than half the year, they are still working at dawn, having been on all night. Great product - so I thought I would buy another set............I left them in the garden for a day to charge up before turning on. They came on but were no where near as bright as the original set. Second night, they were brighter, but only lasted a couple of hours. Third night, brighter still, so I assumed they were just taking therir time getting a full capacity charge. The next dat was sunny all day, so I had high expectations to see how they were woprking after dark. Unfortunately they had packed up completely.So, my review will vary, depending on what happens next. I will be returing them and asking for a replacement. If the service is good and I get a set of replacement light that work as well as the original set, I will change this review to 5 stars. If the service is bad, and/or the replacement light fail.............watch this space.Follow up. I never got as far as returning them as they miraculously started working. They seem to have an intermittent fault. Most of the time they work, then every couple of weeks, they start to dim and then go out. After a couple of days, they spring back to life. I cannot find any loose connections to explain it, and it does not appear to correlate to the amount of sunshine it receives. I have since bought a third which works perfectly. So I am leaving a generally positive 3 out of 5 stars.

These lights are amazing. I have had them for over a year now and they are still as bright as when I first bought them. They light up my pond area lovely so I can sit in the garden and watch the waterfall in the dark - really relaxing!Even in the winter months these lights get charge and shine well.Great investment!

This is an excellent, well made product, and the light output is surprisingly high. The batteries charge sufficiently to maintain the lights all night at this time of year (late summer). It took only minutes to assemble and install.

Used them to light up features in the garden, small and unobtrusive but with a nice punch of white light, would recommend.

Leuke set om objecten uit te lichten daar waar geen stroom aanwezig is. Ik wilde de set direct naar Frankrijk laten zenden. Het was een cadeau, dit bleek niet te kunnen. Ook niet tegen extra verzendkosten. Beetje jammer nu moest ik die extra kosten ook betalen maar dan met extra inspanning.

Se trata de unas lámparas de iluminación decorativa. Han cumplido con mis espectativas pq las quería para eso mismo. Las tengo iluminando unos árboles en el centro del terreno y me gusta el efecto Q hacen.No son para iluminar grandes superficies.

Je cherchais des bornes solaires pour éclairer un palmier et les bambous du jardin.3 bornes (3 LED chacune). Une borne pour le Palmer (2m40 de haut) a suffit.L'éclairage est froid (j'aurais aimé le contraire) mais beau rendu en pleine nuit.Pour une exposition du capteur au soleil de 13h à 19h, je ne sais pas combien de temps l'éclairage dure, mais au bout de 3h elles fonctionnaient encore et sans perte de luminosité !Le sytème de fixation s'adapte à tous les supports (mur, terre, poteau, garde corps).Très content de cet achat avec un prix vraiment intéressant, c'était le site le moins cher au moment de l'achat.

Il prodotto è ben costruito e buoni materiali, completo di tutto, facile da installare. Per ora anche sotto la pioggia non ha avuto problemi, ha l'interruttore e il crepuscolare e la luce dura per qualche giorno anche senza sole, apprezzabile che si possano cambiare le batterie con altre più durevoli (no litio). Non ho dato 5 solo perché la luce è veramente scarsa, utile solo per schiarire dei punti bui o come decorazione.

Ilumina bastante a los puntos que focalizas. Recarga bastante bien y mucha durabilidad. Muy satisfecho con el producto
