I've had this charger for over a year. It's a great portable charger! I've bought other portable charges and they are in a drawer somewhere because this charger is the only one I'll use. Why? It's totally self contained...no external cables ever! Also, it plugs directly into an electrical outlet to charge the unit...again no external cables. This unit charges my iPhone X super fast. I can charge my iPhone and my husband's Android phone at the same time with power to spare. The charger can be used like 3 times before I have to recharge. The only down side is it is a bit heavy at 8.5 oz but because it charges my phone so quickly it's worth it.

I went through (ordered, tested, and returned) many, many batteries before I finally found a couple that not only did what they said, but also were high quality enough to make a real difference. This one fast-charges, plugs into the wall, has built-in cables, and can hold enough charge to recharge a couple of phones without a problem. I purchased several that did not meet those criteria and ended up returning them.This is the second of this Heloideo model I have had and the third Heloideo battery I have owned. I have yet to find a better made battery (My last one of the same model lasted 3.5 yearsbefore I accidentally cracked it).

I have been using this battery bank for nearly 5 years. I think the build quality is great and it is durable. Doesn't feel cheap at all. I like how the charge cords tuck nicely into the side. I love that I can charge it by plugging it directly into the wall. This purchase changed my life. I take it on every road trip. It is essential for when I am out in the woods riding mountain bikes. I use my phone to track my rides, navigate unknown trails, and record videos of myself riding cool features. All of this activity drains the phone battery quickly. With this, I don't worry about running out of juice. It fits nicely in my bag. It also works great to keep my GoPro batteries charged. Absolutely love this product. Maybe they have better ones now, but I have no complaints. Highly recommend.

Great portable charger. No cords needed. Plugs directly into the power outlet and has built in cable to connect directly to your device.The only bad thing about my charger is that the integrated USB-C cable stopped working after 6 to 8 months. Other than that it is a great charger. I have recommended this product to others who have bought it and love it.

i've been using this for over 6 months and it's durable and worth the money. there are not a lot of choices for a power bank with 3 cable types plus a wall plug and this one works great. this particular one that i purchased Aug 2019 came with a rigid zipper case that fits the charger, my phone, and other things like cards, earbuds, etc. the product says it does not support "fast charging" but when charging my Pixel 3 the phone indicates it is "charging rapidly" and the estimated time to fully charge is comparable to a wall plug.

I absolutely love this charger, and everyone who has borrowed this charger from me has fallen in love with it as well. It is the perfect thickness to fit in a pocket, throw in a purse, etc. This charger charges very quickly and can charge multiple phones when fully charged. I can charge my iphone from 0% to 100% three to four times before the charger dies. I love that it has chords built into the charger for multiple devices --> you can charge iphone, android, etc. My dad ever uses it to charge the case that charges his hearing aids! I genuinely have no complaints. I bought one for all of my siblings for Christmas last year and I have not heard anything negative regarding this charger from anyone who has used it.

I bought this product just over 1 year ago and the port to charge my iphone isn't working any more. The wire casing has split at both ends. I did like it very much when it was new except for the weight of it, and it charged my phone really fast but I'm upset it is no longer working! Since it only lasted just over the year I feel it was a bit pricey for the amount of use I got out of it......Ruth Caisse

Bought this in 2018 for a trip to Disney. It has worked like a boss and held so much charge for a long period of time, even months without use.I am now writing a review 3 years later because I am about to buy another one after losing the original. It never broke or stopped working at any point and all of the chargers stayed firmly attached no matter how many times I twisted them in weird positions for charging. Don’t even bother looking at other portable chargers!
