I admit I was skeptical when I ordered this litter mat. I tried other mats in the past and they were less than satisfactory. But this litter mat actually works! I think it is so much better because it is thicker and softer than the others I’ve tried. No, it's not perfect - what is. But it traps about 90-95% of the litter my 3 cats track out of the box. Cleaning it is a breeze: just shake it, and the litter falls out. And the mat is slip resistant, an added bonus. So, instead of my floor feeling like a gravel path my home is now (almost) litter free!

The mat is a great size and fits perfectly in my laundry room. It is non-stick so it does not move when I clean it. My cat likes to pee right at the front of the litter box and flings a ton of litter onto the floor outside of the box when she digs and the thickness of this mat does a great job of catching the litter.I can easily vacuum the mess my cat makes off of the mat which is great. There are a few straggler pieces of litter getting trapped in the mesh patterns but that is the whole point of this mat, to keep the litter in the mat and not spread anywhere else. I take the mat outside once a week and bang it around which gets out the litter that is trapped in the mat. Overall this mat is well worth it.

I have two cats and I purchased this non-slip mat to use beneath my large cat litter box. The one that I was using was not working adequately and I chose this particular mat because it looked like a really good quality and thickness.I have only been using it for a few weeks but I am seeing a great reduction in cat litter on my floors. I used to have to sweep the floors daily, and now I have been sweeping less frequently. I have found it easy to fold up and take it outside to shake the litter off of it to clean.My cats seem to like the feel of it. In fact, when I first placed it out, one of my cats thought it was a good place for a nap. Pretty happy with it so far!!

I have been looking for so long for either better cat litter that tracks less or a miracle litter mat. I believe I found a miracle litter mat! This mat traps the bits of cat litter like nothing else I've found! I am not able to sweep the litter off with a broom, which is a good thing! It requires the vacuum because the mat works so well and really traps the litter! I suggest using the crevice attachment or your vacuum without the brush. I cannot recommend this litter mat enough!

This product worked well for a month. It did not stop every piece of litter from making it onto my carpet, but it did stop some. The biggest problem I had was when I tried to clean it. Getting pieces of litter out of the carpet was nearly impossible. No matter how hard I tried to clean it, I couldn't get all of the pieces of litter out.Also, I noticed that after a scrubbing, the back of the mat was wet, as well. Kitty had an accident a few weeks ago and I noticed that some urine was able to make it through, so the back may not be completely waterproof. I ended up throwing it out and replacing with another mat.

The good news is the mat looks great. However, the mat does not catch anymore litter than a rug. You cannot vacuum the mat because the litter drops into the matting and my hand vacuum will not suck it out. Tried upright vacuum, no difference. Would not recommend this mat.

I have two cats and became tired of finding a trail of kitty litter through my kitchen! Enter The Cat Mat! Works like a charm and no more litter trail! As they leave the litter box and walk on the mat, any particles of litter stuck on their paws get trapped in the mat! To clean it out, I just put the mat in a trash bag and shake out the particles! Problem solved! Thanks Cat Mat for cleaming up my cats mess!

After 3 days and 3 cats in and out of my litter box and onto the mat, I've only had to sweep up maybe 4 pieces of cat litter! It seems as though the litter mat is catching the excess litter. Regarding the quality of the litter mat staying in place, it has not budged, even on my laminate flooring. The size of the mat is just right, and the price is quite reasonable, in my opinion. I'll be buying a second mat for another litter box.

Perfect size and heavy enough it doesn't move around.

It's a nice size, good grip, works as intended. And it's much cheaper than buying one from the local pet store.
