20 5/8" L x 6 3/8" W x 2 5/8" Tthe inside dimensions are 19" x 4 1/2"

Q: I plan on using this to boil a lot of water of a propane flame. Would this be able to hold up to that flame?

Need something thicker. It would work for a while but you would run into problems.

Q: Could these be used directly over a propane flame?

Not for use over open flame... will warp pan.
