Very effective and helps to keep straight.Highly recommend this to all who need back support cushion.

First of all, the construction seems to be very good and the attractive outer covering is nicely secured to the frame. My wife opened the package, said "Wow!" when first used and it has not been taken out of the chair since first opened. I liked the flexibility in that it can be used in many places, including vehicles -- the colour we ordered matches our car's upholstery almost exactly!! The comfort and support given by the memory foam thus far has remained consistently high due to a well thought-out design. We also liked the breathable fabric covering rather than that sweat-inducing vinyl material. Hopefully, this one will last a long time. Well worth the purchase price. In fact, I think I'll order one for myself when making those long drives. This is such a soft yet supportive back cushion. I bought it with my mother in mind. She has scoliosis and needs a comfortable back support behind her. I think she would love it. It is supportive and creates a soft barrier between spine and chair. It's so comfortable. Many back cushions take some time to adjust to them before you get used to them, this one was soft as butter to my back from the start.I like the cover, it is really soft, too. Zipper is helpful for washing.The ONLY issue I have with this is that when the adjustable straps, even when set to the loosest setting, are put around my office chair the pull quite a lot, and I'm afraid they the cover will rip at that point in the near future. I've just been setting the cushion on my chair, but without the straps every time I get up the cushion flops onto the seat. The straps fit better on a smaller chair, like a dining chair.Regardless of that issue, I can recommend this back support as the softest yet more supportive one that I've ever had.UPDATE: I have bought 3-4 lumbar cushions since this one and this one is by far the best. It has a soft support. Others that I've chosen are harder/more firm and push me forward. This is easy to lean into. Still my favorite. after 9 months.

I had tried another back support from a posture company, but when it arrived, it was so hard and uncomfortable. I dislike memory foam because I have problems with the off-gassing required for it. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this support was made from eco memory foam, but I didn't have high hopes for no smell (and I'm a bit like a dog, I have a very heightened sense of smell, due to allergies/intolerances).I couldn't have been more wrong! It arrived quickly, nicely boxed and wrapped in a soft plastic bag (can recycle), no smell whatsoever, and, despite my reservations as to what colour cream it would be and would it blend in with my settee, again, I shouldn't have worried. It was a nice colour match for the settee material.Oh boy, when I sat down and it just moulded to me; now I take it everywhere, I think I may have to get one for upstairs and one for downstairs LOL. I use it on the settee, my office chair where it's not too bulky at all at the base of the spine. It supports my back well and comes with two elasticated straps to attach to chairs etc. It's also great for supporting the back in bed and I've yet to try it on my dining room chairs, or in the car, but I'm sure it will be just as comfortable there. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat. Je l'utilise au travail car l'entreprise dans laquelle je travaille a acheté de nouvelles chaises de bureau. Au début, j'aimais beaucoup ma nouvelle chaise car elle a des accoudoirs et un dossier suffisamment long pour poser ma tête dessus. Mais après quelques jours d'utilisation, j'ai commencé à avoir mal au dos. J'ai eu de plus en plus mal et j'envisageais d'aller voir un ostéopathe car je craignais d'avoir le dos bloqué. J'ai décidé d'acheter un coussin et en cherchant sur Amazon, j'ai choisi celui-ci. Depuis, je n'ai plus du tout mal au dos et je n'ai plus besoin d'aller voir un ostéopathe. Je regrette de ne pas l'avoir acheté immédiatement. Il est vraiment très efficace et confortable et je ne suis pas payé pour dire ça)))Merci beaucoup pour ce coussin.
