Nice quality, just didn’t know it was going to be huge.

I really love having this water carafe and have it on my bedside table. I have dry mouth due to meds I take and therefore I always have a glass or bottle on my bedside table. This carafe with a glass cover is perfect. I am able to drink water easily and the carafe holds 2 bottle worth of water in it. I really love the design and color too. It is easy to clean, I just put it in my dishwasher. Highly recommended!!

Reason for Purchase: desired a better and easier to clean bedside water carafe.Good:• Functionality: elegant and practical bedside carafe as advertised.• Features: this glass carafe is durable and elegant to keep on the nightstand. Being able to see the water level helps keep it refilled as needed. The drinking glass that was included is not exactly the same as the one pictured and therefore may not have as snug of a fit if it used the tapered drinking glass pictured in listing. Nevertheless, the glass I received does the job. Since it is glass, the water stays relatively cool at room temperature and is not flavored by the container. The ribbed exterior makes the carafe and glass easy to handle.• Quality: the carafe is thick enough not to worry about being too delicate to keep on a nightstand. Aesthetically, the available color choices provided me with something I was not embarrassed to keep on the nightstand all the time. The glass is easy to clean regularly with little fuss. The mouth of the carafe is wide enough to take a standard dish brush when cleaning.• Value: the price at the time of purchase was $21.99. This is at the top of my reasonable price range for this product since it is more of a luxury than a necessity. However, the quality of the glass delivered on the value.Bad: the drinking glass I received was less tapered than squared. It sits well but not as tightly as desired atop the carafe. However, this has been more of a personal complaint than functional.

This is just bad design overall and cheap manufacturing. The carafe and cup are both lightweight and feel somewhat plastic-like. The bas of the carafe was not leveled and would rock back and forth. I ultimately chose to do a return for this item.Color was accurate though. So there’s the upside.

This is a lovely carafe and cup combination. The color is elegant and the glass material feels sturdy enough, while the ribbing is both helpful to my clumsy hands and attractive in general. It's a good size - neither enormous nor tiny. I've been using it on my bedside table for a while now, and have appreciated that the water it holds hasn't come down with a strange taste, as "old" water typically does for me when sitting uncovered. The one thing I regret a little is buying a set that clinks together - if I wake in the middle of the night and want a sip, I have to be extra slow and careful to prevent making noise that could bother nearby sleepers. Fortunately my husband is a pretty deep sleeper, but I'd have still chosen differently if I was really thinking about it. Apart from that, I'm very happy with the set. It may end up on a guest bedroom nightstand at some point.
