just following the instructions and no worries. attractive, compact, uncomplicated coffee machine...the one I had in my own imagination that someone finally created. thank you! this is for one at a time cup of coffee but also quick to refill and make a couple more. I like to choose my own coffee blend so this is perfect. Just add a frothing machine to your coffee station and you are set! YES you can use any mug or cup that will fit under the fill point; just pour in the amount of water(in reservoir to match that cup of course. Five months and still very pleased with my little BENFUCHEN coffee maker! The glass mug that came with it is also very nice!

The coffee maker did not work. I also noted that the cup size would be limited for sure. Because of its unique design the operation was a bit of a puzzle.

Until now, I’ve refused to join the “pod” coffee trend because of the unacceptable waste created by disposable pods. This coffee maker caught my eye because of its unique design, but what sold me on it was the filter adapter that comes with it. The compact size is perfect for my tiny kitchen and it’s very easy to clean. The one-button operation is super convenient, especially in the morning! I’ve also tried it for brewing tea and it works quite well for that too. The one thing I like a bit less about this machine is that the reservoir is very small and must be refilled each time, but it’s just so cute sitting on my counter that I am happy to put up with that small inconvenience. It comes with a nice glass cup that’s the perfect size for a quick cuppa, whether it’s coffee or tea. And most importantly, with the right beans, perfectly ground, it makes a good cup of coffee.
