SURMTO Women's Waist Trainer Belt - Waist Cincher Trimmer - Slimming Body Shaper Belt - Sport Gym Woukout Girdle Belt

I am a regular gym goes who usually wears a neoprene belt during cardio however I made a mistake in thinking this would be a replacement.The benefits of a neoprene belt/waist trainers are the breathability, mobility and actually working up a sweat focussed around the abdominals. Unfortunately, most neoprene belts come in one standard size so when my existing one was reaching it's end of days I thought this one would suffice.However, this one, despite being neoprene also, did not provide the same benefits.I am a size 10-12 (on the stretchy 10, small 12 side) and bought a MediumCons:The bones in this one make even being on a spin bike quite difficult as it does not allow for much movement.The double layer makes it bulky and therefore not suitable for slimming wearIt's very short - I am 5"6 and this did not cover my full torsoBecause it's so short and rigid, the middle doesn't even really cinch in when you secure the second layerThe material inside differs from other belts I have bought (which are more silicone/latex-like) and it doesn't make me sweat as muchPros:The velcro is strongConclusion:This one isn't quite flexible/sweat inducing enough for the gym, nor is it discreet enough for the casual day wear ones (which are more corset-like) so I don't really have a use for this, nor can I advise where you might use this. I would instead advise searching 'slimming belt' on Amazon to get the better neoprene-gym-functional belts. Or 'waist trainer' and go for one of the corset type ones if looking for something to wear under casual everyday wear. I have not returned this out of pure inconvenience to get to a post office, but have not used it after trying it on either and do not think I will use it. Great product, highly recommended. Comfortable enough, adjustable, very good back support and cheap price. I am a fan of waist trainers, corsets and belts and this one is better than most of the ones i have that were more expensive. Very impressed. I've used it while cleaning the house and while exercising, i can easily do sit ups and crunches with it on and makes me sweat underneath. It doesn't show under loose tops, so i could wear it at work as well. I'll definitely buy more for me, thinking to buy it for mom and grandma too!

Love this waist trainer, it makes me look slimmer in my clothes. Is comfortable to wear, I can wear it all day!

It’s so comfortable and really thin so it doesn’t show through your clothes. I use it to run and at a gym class and when I take it off, I see that I sweat a lot in the tummy area. Definitely worth it

I’m never one to review products, but this gets a 5* from me. Delivery was efficient and the product was so comfortable. I ordered 2 more 30 mins after wearing it. One for my best friend and another for myself. One solely for the gym and the other to wear under my clothes at home and when I’m out. I Highly recommend this product.

Great product, does exactly what I needed! Great quality for the price, I’ve tried a few of these and this is the only sturdy one that is durable! Great to wear during my workout sessions, and amazing delivery and service complete with a lovely note! Would 100% recommend!

This product is a good and sturdy piece of kit. Good value for money. It hasn't moved once whilst I've been wearing it. Although, I am yet to test during a gym workout.It's not uncomfortable, but you know you're wearing it! Back support is brilliant and has made a difference to my posture, even though only been using it for a few days.
