But there are mushrooms, too.My husband is allergic to all forms of fungi. Ingesting mushroom, no matter how small the amount, makes him sore and achy for 24-72 hours. He took this for a couple of days and didn't realize why he was feeling poorly -- at first he feared he was coming down with Covid.Fortunately, we realized what was really going on and immediately, he stopped taking this supplement. It may be fine for most men, but for him, it's a no-go.
