Great customer service
The shelf came and is exactly what I wanted. I ordered two but only received one. When I contacted the seller they got back to me within the hour and took care of all my concerns. Hard to find such great customer service in a digital shopping world.

Worked great for our newly built bathroom vanity tipouts! Took 15 minutes to install
I was pleased with the quality of the tip out trays and installation was very simple and quick. It probably took longer measuring to make sure they were even and in the center of the tip out drawer front than it did to drill too small holes and screw them in place. The trays come with hinges but I already had hinges installed by the cabinet maker so it may things quick and simple. Just be very careful drilling for screws to hold the tray in to make sure that you don't drill all the way through the drawer front

Wish I had bought the soft close model...
This was a little tricky to install but the instructions were clear. The hardware itself is well made. Do pay attention that there are two types of screws. The problem for us is that this hinge snaps shut if you let go of the drawer front. When that happens, some of the items kept in the tray will bounce out of the tray and fall down into the cabinet. If the drawer front you use this on does not already have a handle installed (ours didn't because it is a filler panel after all) you'll probably find it difficult to consistently close it gently. That is certainly the case for us. If I had it to do over again, I would definitely get the soft close version of this tilt-out hinge (which at the time this was written is not sold with a tray) and buy the tray separately. That will cost more in the end, but I think the soft close feature will be worth it in the long run.

Great extra storage for kitchen sink area.
The media could not be loaded. If you are making a shelf for your kitchen sink than this will work perfect for your 36" cabinet. This is great for sponge and other stuff for extra storage.

It was tricky to install but not rocket science.
It is so nice to have replaced my dummy drawer with this kit! I haven’t gotten used to it but I will like it when I do. It doesn’t hold as much as I had hoped (not very deep) but I have put some small things in it I only use occasionally and that got them out of my main cabinets.Installation was definitely tricky. I was thankful the people who installed my cabinets had already drawn a rectangle in the back where the opening was. Do yourself a favor and outline the opening from the backside the best you can before removing the face of your dummy drawer. The directions suck and we’re completely unhelpful but I am no genius and it wasn’t hard to figure out what went where. The hardest part was figuring out if you should put the hinges on the cabinet or the dummy drawer first. In the end, we pre-drilled and pre-screwed the holes in the cabinet then we attached the hinges to the back of the dummy drawer and it was a booger but we got the screws into the cabinet. We had to use the uppermost and lowermost screw holes because the hinges blocked access to the others. When it was all said and done it looks great and I appreciate having an extra place to stash small things.

Great product, but not retrofit-friendly
I was refinishing my kitchen cabinets, so I decided to install these hinges and tray as a bit of an "upgrade". Once installed, it worked perfectly, but installing and adjusting the hinges required thinking in four dimensions (or so it seemed)--one hand reaching up from under the sink, one hand with a shorty screwdriver in front, another hand (what--you don't have three hands??) holding the whole thing in place, and going cross-eyed in the process.Really though, if the countertop had been off, installation would have been a snap and so I am recommending this product, with only slight reservations.Note to the manufacturer/seller: it would be really great to have a "soft-close" version of this.

Overall A+, although install is a bit tricky.
Received this is the mail today and installed it within the hour. Overall, works perfectly and was (sort of) easy to install. Couple of things I'll do differently next time... Before I remove the face plate (drawer thing) from the cabinet, I'll trace around the edges of it from the inside. Super hard to do afterwards by just holding it up, trying to align it and trace it with the other hand. Second, I'll make my marks on the frame for the hinges, on the inside of the door (where the hinges attach) and also for the tray all at the same time, predrill everything THEN attempt to put it all together. Honestly, I might even attach the hinges to the drawer first, then to the cabinet frame second. Happy with the product, happy with overall time to install (esp now that I've done it once), and worth the price. I'll be doing this to my other bathroom and kitchen as well.

It does the job
A little on the cheap side. I installed on an ikea cabinet set. Had to make some modifications to be able to accept this his away shelf but it does the trick

Great addition
My only complaint would be that it doesn’t have a soft close hinge. Otherwise, I love being able to tuck away all the “stuff” from the counter.
