Will this fit my glock 30 mags 45acp?

I’m sorry can’t answer that it fit the following that I’ve tried M&P 40, Sig p226, Beretta 92FS, glocks 17, 19, ,23 and 21

Does it fit hk p2000 magazines?

The mag pouch holds my Glock 9mm and .40, CZ, P226, and S&W double stack mags equally well. However, I have to dedicate a holder to each manufacturer since each is slightly different in size, thus tension. There is a lot of adjustment in the tensioning screw so I fully expect the holder can be adjusted to the HK P2000 double stack. The only down side to this mag holder so far is the "quick release" lever on the belt loop is NOT, in any way, quick release.
