Great chair with a great price
Solid quality and provides great support to the bottom and back. It is definitely worth having with this competitive price. I have a steelcase which is more expensive but not as comfortable as this one. Hoping the quality lasts long.

4.5 stars rounded up to 5
Let's not talk about the positive and assume anything not mentioned, it's all good. Okay, now the negatives, and after that I'll opine.N1. Comes with standard cheapo made for carpet plastic casters (wheels). Add 30-40 bucks to the cost of the product because no one uses the provided wheels.N2. The head rest. Remove the housing for it and inspect it. The plastic gear thing inside it that allows setting height was marred smooth, but others have stated tightening the side bolts, which are only visible after removing the 6 screws that keep the housing together, need tightening. This piece is fully assembled from the factory and there is no mention in the manual about it possibly needing adjustment.Thoughts and opinions:Great bang for the buck, less expensive than a used HM Aero and slightly larger as most used HMAs are not the XL model.Arm rest adjustments are nice, and not something most think about until they've lived in the chair for a few work weeks or more.Lumbar is solid. Lumbar wings seem gimmicky , but man do they provide some serious sustained support for better posture. It took a few months but once I started using them I can't imagine a chair without them. Comparing to my in office HMA this is the superior lumbar option - and I've occupied 4 different HMAs, none had a lumbar that I didn't need to frequently adjust. The seller/vendor/brand: 10 year warranty, they stand by their product and they provide documentation and schematics for this chair which most sub 1k$ units do not and will not provide.Lastly, this chair more comfy than a steelcase series 1/2 and a herman miller aeron. I've been in IT for a long time and I'm very familiar with enterprise grade cubicle chairs - this product wins.

Overall good chair, took a star off for small issues
the good:Really good chair with ton of options for "customization". where the back support is, head rest, arms, etc etc. the besh is really good quality and holds up my 180lb self without issues.Assembly is pretty easy, took < 30mins to put together.the OK:Chair is VERY heavy. like really heavy for a chair this size. The bad:the arm rests "minimum" height is quite high to begin with. standard 36in table, the arms touch them. other chairs i had, i can lower the arms enough so that they go under the table top, making it easy for kids to work on the chair/table by bringing them close. this one the min height of arm rests make this impossible...the "good" is that its perfectly aligned with the table..so you have good supports.2nd is that the locking features on each of the movable parts (head, back etc) are jussstt a little too short to get me to where it needs. i wish it would come out further by a little

Decent, no regrets.
In the world of nice office chairs, this one is pretty good. Have had the unit for many months and it is holding. Great for comfort for those with a work from home career. Has developed a little bit a noise, but I'm sure giving it a spot of W-40 would solve it for a while. One annoyance is that I have to periodically (one every two weeks) tighten the lower, back bolt. Chair develops a bit of slop, slowly over time. Not a deal breaker but worth mentioning. For the price I was hoping for a bit more rigidity but I don't regret the purchase. The leg rest is nice, if your a gentle person. I'd be careful if you're rough with items.

Cylinder sinks after 6 months (got full refund)
Update: Hbada provided me with a FULL REFUND.I decided to leave my original review below:Being used to high end office chairs in my line of work, I don't really think this chair outstands even the cheapest herman miller, nor does it comes close to it. Perhaps it is not suppose to, but at this price, and after all the hype, I expected it to get close.A little bit more about the most advertised features of this chair:The 6D adjustable armrests feature is *useless*. I have never tilted it upwards I can't imagine who will and for what reason, even though their website present a preson using it. It is super uncomfortable. The armrests won't go low enough, so they force me to use a higher desk than I'd want to.They also do not shift sideways enough, meaning that at maximum shifting distance outwards, my elbows always meets the armrests, which is an issue if, for example, I want to turn to the piano keyboard and play something. It just gets stuck in the way.So all in all I was not very impressed with this chair (again, considering its price), and would probably have given it 2-3 stars review. But the reason I decided to give it only 1 star is that exactly 6 months after I bought it the gas cylinder broke so every time I sit on it, on maximum height, it sinks a little bit, and floats back up when I get off of it.I weigh 220 pounds and the chair is advertised as up to 300 pounds. When emaling their product support, I asked them if I am entitled to a replcement cylinder, since this is a factory defect, or that this should be expected to happen after half a year of usage. They didn't reply, so I've waited couple more days and wrote this review.
