Be careful it doesn't get too runny. I use jam sugar - has added pectin. **Q: has anyone made this in a slow cooker and if so how long did you cook it for on high** A: I would never attempt to make it in a slow cooker!! It needs a 'rolling boil' which can only be done in a normal pan.
