I've never used a mascara remover, but this was life-changing. I was amazed at how easily my mascara, which, I usually have to wrestle with, came off with just a small rag. Definitely would recommend to anyone who struggles to get their mascara off.

I was really looking forward to trying this cleanser and was sad to see it did not do much to help me in removing my mascara. I use a tube-style mascara to build my lashes out because my lashes have stopped growing long like they used to and I am not growing as many back due to menopause. I was really hoping to find a gentle and effective option and the way this worked with the wand application seemed like a great idea. I do like the design of the wand a lot, the shape and the two options of the teeth worked well for me to get the cleanser onto them but, that is where the excitement ended. Beyond the application, I did not see any benefit to using this cleanser. I still had to use more direct force to remove it and did not really feel the cleanser aided in the process at all. I think that the amount that is able to be applied with the brush is not enough and perhaps, applying it from a bottle with a cotton pad and then using the wand to work the mascara off would be more effective.

I'm not sure if I used this correctly, because the instructions were not in English. However, it did not remove my mascara and really just gunked up the wand. Will not purchase again.

This product uses oils and extracts to mildly remove mascara and I did notice a difference. I have some waterproof mascara that will stay on my lashes for days, stuff that's very hard to get off. So, I used the mascara remover on one eye, starting from the root (on the front side of my eyelashes) and used a back-and-forth motion to the tips of the lashes. I let it sit for a minute then washed both sides with a foaming, makeup removing cleanser. The side with the mascara remover got all the makeup off, while I still had a significant amount left on the other eye. While testing it out, I tried putting heavy, multi-layered mascara on, just to see what this product could do. In that test, this product got off more, but it still left a lot behind. I can definitely use this, but I'm not sure it's a big enough deal to order again. The comb part of the applicator was not visible because it is covered in product when it comes out. When I first ordered this, there was no information on the product, and everything was in Korean on the packaging and product so I researched and found this:Directions1. I think having a separate mascara remover in a mascara type applicator is a genius idea. Removing my mascara is probably the worst part of my cleansing routine. This product will actually apply the mascara remover directly to the lashes, instead of just using a cotton pad and rubbing it all over my eyes. The applicator is designed like a small comb to really get into the base of the lashes. I apply this to my lashes before I even begin my facial cleansing to give it a few minutes to really soak in. I do feel like it loosens the mascara a bit which helps everything come off easier when I wash my face. The tube makes it much more travel friendly than a bottle of makeup remover, so I think it would be good for using on vacation.

This Mascara Remover is my first time using it has vitamin E that helps eyelash and eye rim to be healthier and stronger also has three assorted extracts in it. Like Centrella Asia lice, Portulaca Oleracea and Houttuynia Cordata hydrate and give calming effect to dry and sensitive eye rim.

From herI always have an issue with taking off my mascara so when I saw this I was really excited. I never knew thst this sort of project existed and it makes so much sense. I really wished it worked. I tried and it and it just made my eyelashes feel gooey and sticky. And I was still wiping off mascara after using this product. A huge waste of time and money and I ended up having to use my regular eye makeup remover to get the rest of my mascara off

I was hoping this would work and work easily. However, after applying it and waiting, it didn't loosen my mascara at all. I say back to the drawing board.
