Gaviscon Advance Chewable Tablets Mint - Pack of 2 by Gaviscon

My ENT doctor told me to get off of prescription acid reflux meds as they are not safe to take long term. He recommended Gaviscon Advanced instead. Two reasons: the advanced is from Great Britain and has no aluminum in it. (All the US companies have aluminum in them for regular and extra strength and its not good for you.) Secondly this works better than the prescription meds. You just chew a tablet after each meal and before bed and take some water after it. Works like a dream and I have severe acid reflux.

These help my acid reflux like no other. I only use these, I prefer that they’re made of algae which is more natural. I try not to use too often but I always have them on me: at home, at work, in my purse, they work!

I take this at night before I go to bed.

Chalky taste. I don't recommend.
