TIDING Genuine Leather 17.3" Laptop Business Travel Backpack for Men, Black

I have finally found my forever backpack. I am an artist and teach at a university. I wanted a backpack that still had style but also HIGH function. I was tired of buying backpacks that would start to irritate me after a semester bc of poor function and bad design or lack of comfort. This one has everything. FINALLY! 🩷 As an artist I’m always carrying around a lot of varying drawing supplies, sketchbooks, watercolor pans, and other items. I also like to be over prepared and so like to keep a small pharmacy/makeup items on hand. And with teaching I’m always bringing around a laptop, chargers and other office items. Various snacks are also present with the long hours worked. This bag holds it all and I can actually keep it organized. Pros: -high quality stitching -Lining is durable and stitching is also great. -Perfectly placed pockets and enough of them (finally!) -Double zippers: help keeps you from having pockets flop open and everything spills out. -reinforcement on strap -reinforcement at bottom of largest pocket so contents don’t spill out even when fully opened -Thick padding on shoulder straps makes it VERY comfortable. -Plenty of interior pockets -2 large main compartments with laptop protection to help organize further. I can fit most everything I need on a daily basis. -The overall structure stays in place and isn’t flimsy -Zippers are smooth and strong -Looks fly AF - the leather is beautiful and the stain is very classy. Looks 3x the price it is. I feel like I just stepped out of a dark academia novel. Feel like a classy bi$ch. -smells amazing. If you love the smell of leather this hits the spot. Cons: - If you’re used to standard backpacks, this one is a tad heavy without anything inside. But honestly it’s just a small adjustment to get used to. It’s just really sturdy and the leather is thick. -wish there was side pockets for a water bottle. But not a deal breaker. Aesthetically the smooth silhouette is beautiful so I see why there isn’t. But would have been a bonus. -the shoulder strap hardware is large and perfectly digs into my side when I wear it on longer walks. So I’ll have to do some tweaking for my personal anatomy. lol. Tips: - not a con but this is real leather and so just remember that you will have to maintain it with regular conditioning. I recommend all of Fiebings leather line. I’ve used them for years on various leather projects and dye jobs. If you keep up the maintenance this bag will last you for years.

I have been using the bag for a few months. It's high quality construction, strong zippers. Even empty it has noticeable weight, but to me that means it is solid and I'll have it for years. It seemed to advertise to men, but I think the leather is classic and unisex and have gotten compliments. I'm a 5foot6 woman and it covers my whole back, so probably wouldn't be comfortable for shorter people. Straps are nicely adjustable with no nonsense metal parts. The 4 easy access zipper pockets are convenient and the main area is split, half for electronics and half for anything else, but the separation is flexible and I can essentially use one third for electronics. There's velcro to strap in your device, but I skip it with no harm. I carry a 17 inch laptop and a15 inch screen in it, charger, headphones, everything I need for work and still have space to use it as an overnight bag with a pyjamas, change of clothes, toiletries, and a book or two. Does not have a water bottle holder so I wouldn't consider it a replacement for a regular backpack for a day out and about. But it is ideal for my lifestyle of semi-nomadic work-from-wherever I happen to be today. I am done with cheap laptop bags that only last a year.

I'm more than a little impressed with the quality of this bag. When I ordered it, I went back and realized I had ordered what I thought would end up being sized too small for my HP 17 laptop. This based on the measurements shown in the description. Wrong.. My HP 17 fits in this bag PERFECTLY. The overall volume of the bag is impressive. The pockets and zippers are well thought out. Very high quality hardware. The leather is a little on the smelly side right out of the box.. I let it air a couple of days.. no more problems. The leather is robust, top grain quality, but still really soft. The lining is some type of denser, really high thread count cotton canvas that compliments the outside of the bag. The straps are STRONG. Thick but not cumbersome. Aside from the very temporary tanning smalls that lingered for a few days after opening it... I literally can't find a single thing to say that would detract from this bag and the value you're getting for your money. I was just through a large international airport the other day. Had time to kill. Hit up some of the high end shops. There were similarly purposed bags in them that only approached the quality and construction of this bag that were over $400. I'm looking forward to how beautifully this bag is going to age. Ordering a second one, the bigger one.. Just because!.

I get compliments on this bag quite often. Nice distressed leather finish and really thick leather. Adequate pockets for my "mobile office" supplies. Fits a large laptop as well. Not cheap, but you are getting very good quality. Fair value.

I am very happy with this backpack, and I get compliments on it as well. It's made well, not a cheap product like some would sell, and the leather is leather. I think it will last longer than I will, and maybe someone else will be happy with it after I'm gone. I would say if treated right it could outlast several people. plenty of room inside, plenty of extra pockets with even more room. I believe someone could even tool some designs into it if wanted, and good at leather work.

So have had this for a month or so. I got it for a laptop case for work with enough room to use as a weekend bag if needed. First.. I didn't know anyone sold stuff made from this quality of leather anymore. It is thick and heavy... This makes the backpack itself fairly heavy so be aware that is a tradeoff for this weight of leather. I keep having people guessing it was 400 to 700 dollars to get it. I find it hard to imagine anyone having that kind of money to spend on something like this. The 149 dollars I paid was very painful for me. Zippers work and are pretty heavy duty, however they are a bit sticky. I keep intending to lubricate them but haven't so far. Workmanship is good no complaints.. Shoulder straps though not super wide are not so narrow they cut into your shoulders. There are plenty of external and internal pockets. I really like the laptop compartment with the adjacent tablet compartment. I don't use it often, maybe once a week or so to haul my laptop to a job site. Bag picks up scuffs and scratches easily in the environment I am using it in (thrown around in truck, rough indoor and outdoor environments). However it doesn't degrade the overall feel. Just getting that older used beaten leather look. I would buy again and would look at other stuff made by this company based on the quality of this.

This item is just as advertised, it has the look , it’s very well built , it’s gonna be around a long time . This product meets all expectations with size , ease of use, and well constructed. I love the real leather it’s very thick and smells amazing . Has plenty of room for day to day business or travel. I absolutely love this bag . From the zippers to the pockets the look the feel it’s perfect and very tough .

As a frequent flyer, I have worn out a number of backpacks. Read through the reviews and given the price point, decided to give this product a shot. The expected delivery date was the next day during the hours of 4AM and 8AM. However, it did not arrive. Received notification that it would arrive the next day by 8AM but it did not arrive. Received it at 2:30 PM which overall was not too bad. The backpack arrived in a cardboard box. Inside the box was a plastic bag with thin cardboard on the outside of it. Inside the plastic bag was a mesh type bag and inside this bag was the backpack itself. It was well packaged. The backpack had some blemish on the leather. It looked like it had scraped against something and the stain had rubbed of. I didn’t consider this a problem since I purchased the leather conditioner to condition it anyway. This backpack has numerous pockets, some with zipper and others without. Easily carried my 2 laptops, iPad and even my drone. As stated in the description, it is a bit on the heavy side. The shoulder straps seems to be tight under the armpits and will be uncomfortable if the backpack is carried using both shoulder straps. The smell is no problem for me personally. After all, it is leather. As I have only had it for a day, can’t say anything about how it will hold up but will report back in the future about both the pros and cons. Giving it 4 stars due to the blemish and the tightness around the armpits

Item is ok but the plastic zippers on it definitely should be on a better quality (a much more stronger ones), no really very good, would be better a strong metallic ones. The vendor reached out about my concern with the zipper quality and suggested a full refund, i declined the refund and asked for a metal zipper backpack instead. They sent me a new backpack free of cost with a metal zipper. The new product I got is great and the service is even better, I fully reccomend this product and the vendor too. Thank you.
