This product is instantly absorbed, so it is somewhat better than the capsules. CoQ10 is a must have supplement, for your heart health, cardiovascular and your gums. But if traveling the capsules go with you, this must be refrigerated.

Recently switched over to a liquid form for better absorption and so far so good! taste is great witch was not my first concern shopping around but an added bonus!
