Bought this ring in july now november it lasted so it made it 4 months but around the second or 3rd month the black paint? Or whatever it was started coming off, the ring is actually silver underneath or well Fake metal started turning my finger green and then in the 4th month the opal fell off and now its gone so it was a good ring for awhile but i dont expect it to last long

I feel like I got engaged to myself and I'm ok with it. its really beautiful and got to me within the 2 days for prime shipping. it really is gorgeous I love it and the sizing is accurate I wasn't completely sure what size so I grabbed another ring I have and measured the diameter of it and looked up a chart but the diameter is .75 Inches and I bought a size 8 and its not too tight but not loose like it will fall off

Received a yellow stone rather than the white stone and the opal was cracked.Update: Gave the seller a 2nd chance (and emailed to specifically request they make sure it was white opal) and they blew it AGAIN!! If I could give them -2 stars, I would...

Make sure that u understand that the top metal loop/wrap/layover (Idk what it is called) over the opal is NOT touching the opal. It sits up very high off of the opal. It looks quite awkward, like its a mistake , imo. Idk if I missed the straight-on view picture of it, but on the birds eye pic it looks like the metal wrap/loop/layover on top of the opal - *I* thought it looked like & so assumed that its touching & fitting over/to the opal, it isnt. Maybe I got a bad one, idk. I would send a picture of it but I cant find the ring lol. Thats why I dont pay alot for rings lol. I tend to lose them, especially if they are loose. So, I cant comment on the metal quality/coating/any reactions bc I didnt have it long enough lol. I wouldn't buy it again, if I had known of that huge gap between the top piece of metal and the opal. Sorry for being longwinded.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter, it catches on any knit clothing, it is larger than I thought, not dainty at all. the black 'gold' is coming off, not sure what the ring is made out of but the black is turning silver. She does not wear it on a daily basis and the black finish which is what I got it for is off on the bottom inside and out and on the outside of the sides it is still black on the top, looks cheap.

It's bigger than I expected. I bought it as a gift. The box it came in was nice, but the ring didn't have a central place to position it inside the box. The person I gave it to said they liked it. To me, though, the opal looks like the shiny plastic Christmas paper you stuff gift bags with. And, the metal part of the ring has a very high profile and the "opal" is very flat. I imagine it would catch on everything or get in the way. I can't expect much since I didn't pay much. Overall, meh. I wouldn't give it to someone who wanted real jewelry. Good for kids, though.
