This was just what I needed. I knew I had tennis elbow and I knew there was no quick fix. This strap have my arm the support to carry on doing the everyday tasks whilst it healed. I was also able to continue to lift weights. My arm is now much better and I only use it when I am in the gym.

Arrived very quickly and looks to be as described. I ordered the largest one on offer as I used to be a weightlifter/bodybuilder. Some 30 years ago I displaced my elbow and it keeps popping from time to time. I tried this support sleeve twice and the first time was just for a few hours to test it out and it was ok. The second time I wore it for longer and my hand ended up swollen very badly as a result. The problem is the sizing, not everyone is stick thin. I suppose I will try it again whenever the problem arises as it's bound to, I just won't wear it for as long.

I suffer with extremely painful Fibromyalgia which limits or prevents me from performing day-to-day tasks such as household chores etc. I began some what I used to consider simple gardening tasks but was unable to complete them as I was in excrutiating pain in both my elbows, forearms and wrists.I ordered the Liveup elbow supports which has made a massive difference to my ability. My uncle is an electrician and told me he needs something to support his elbow as it was hurting for a while and the doctors didn’t do anything to help him. I got the largest size and my arms are not that big, correct measurement though from the guide but this is extremely tight and turns the lower part of my arm red due to stopping the blood flow.

Bought this to reduce the pain in my elbow whilst training! I think it’s Tennis Elbow! In the past I have used narrower braces but they kept moving about. This product covers and supports the elbow whilst giving the option to adjust the pressure on the upper forearm. It seems to be working a treat!!

The sizing is not very good found it a bit tight to wear for any length of time
