Property Management A-Z Paperback – 30 April 2015

If you work in property management or wanting to get involved, get this book.I work with mgmt Co's on software onboarding, implementation and financial services so be sure to not skimp in this area and do it yourself. The software is not plug and play. You will be out of compliance quickly and lose the trust of your owners because the statements won't look accurate.

Had some decent information, but it was organized poorly. The book is literally organized in chapters by the starting letters of the topics. For example, "A" is a chapter, then "B" etc. This is a very disorganized way of consuming information.Overall, there were some good nuggets of information, but there are better informational books on the market about PM.

I’ve been in the business 20 years and this book really does a great job explaining what we Property Managers do. Great for accidental Landlords. Please hire the experts!

Well written and thorough overview of property management services in California. I highly recommend reading for both newbies and oldies in the industry
