Poor camera, poor packaging, poor instructions, poor mobile app.
I purchased this item and returned it. The setup instructions/documentation is poor. Mounting strap for the headrest does not hold. Magnetic mount for the camera is not secure and fell off with some road bumps. Power cable for the cable is nowhere long enough to reach from most cars' power outlets to the rear seat headrest. The mobile app required to use the camera is not user friendly at all and appears to have been designed/written by someone who has poor english skills. The camera itself looks like it has poor build quality with an exposed electronic sensor on the side (assuming light sensors... but looks like it should definitely be covered. The power indicator isn't visible from the front so you have no idea if it's actually on or not. Really disappointed. There may be no good product to do what I wanted it to do... so I just bought a mirror from Target!
