New Formula?
I an not sure if they reformulated this product but it is quite watery and does not seem to make my hair as soft. I have very course hair and used to love this product. Guess it is time to find s new one

Good product, didn't realise it was a conditioner
Probably something I wouldn't have intentionally bought but have to say it is pretty good. My only issue is it looks very similar to the shampoo bottle and whether I miss read the description or thought I was buying the shampoo bottle was my mistake.
