As my teeth are very sensitive I proceed with caution I don't use it on high setting medium to Low setting which does the trick and I have no problem descaling and removing tartar but caution is advised as it needs a steady hand and coordination and the midas touch practice is the key take your time don't rush and be careful

This is an upgrade from my old one, it does an excellent job. Start off on slow for the first time and you will soon get the hang of keeping in between teeth clean. It’s the best thing ever. Leaving your mouth feeling fresh just like a dental clean and polish but not the cost.

This is a very easy 5* from me.The design is very pleasing; material it is made from (quality) is very good.Comes with four attachments and small wrench. It also has a standard maginifying mirror used by dentists. Changing attachments is very easy as well.This plaque remover tool doesn't overpromise and under delivers. It does what it says and what suppose to do.Charging is very quick with the supplied USB (A) -C cable. Instruction booklet is very clear.Changing the modes is easy with a push of the button, which is also a power up button. You have three modes - soft, medium and hard/strong. And the LED light.Having read various reviews on using such tool, I approached it very carefully.I used soft settings for the cleaning near gums and in between teeth with the smaller (narrow) attachments, and the wider attachment I used for cleaning the tooth area.Be careful - you really need a good hand- eye cooperation as what you see in the mirror is not the same, obviously, so it is important you pay attention to the placement of the tool.It may seem the remover is not working because you don't see any movement and there's no sound. But yes, it is working as soon as you touch your tooth. Immediately you'll hear the high pitched noise.It cleared back of one of my tooth well, but I'm not courageous enough to do it in one go, so I do it in stages. It removed some of my plaque but again - I'm being careful and don't do all in one go.I'm talking about being careful because you can damage teeth enamel very easily with one wrong move. So make sure you have good bright light, steady hand and do it carefully.It's a great tool and one I know I'll keep using.Please note - it looks different that the images supplied in the description.At £24.99 it's a steal for anyone battling teeth plaque and stains.
