Sturdy Pie pan
These pans were a delight to use, they did not bend or tip after I poured the pie filling in. Normally I have to put a flat pan under the pie to put it in the oven; not with these pans.

Good price. Convenient access
I make a lot of pies. I used to buy the pie tins at a nearby bakery supply store. Unfortunately, the store closed. Then I learned that Amazon sold them and the price was better than at the bakery supply store.

Incorrect size
Those disposable pie pans were not 10 inches, or even near 10 inches. They are a hair bigger than a 9 inch, so I'm selling the pies I made in them as 9". Not 10".Otherwise, the pie pans are great.

These work well
I make a lot of pies to take to parties and with these pans I don't have to worry and wonder if I'll get my pie plates back. I did worry about over-baking, but that hasn't been as issue at all, even using the same temps and times as I do with the glass pie plates.

size is misleading
Smaller than i was expecting. Top outer edge is only 9.5 in. Bottom flat surface only 7 in.Where does it measure 10 in.?
