Makes 12 Small Muffins
This tasted good enough and performed well in conventional oven, but it only made 12 quite small muffins, so I did not think it was a very good value for the money. I know you always pay extra for gluten free but I think the price was too high.

If You Need to be Gluten Free, You Probably Don't Want "Bio Engineered Food" (per the box)
So, this cinnamon muffin box seemed to tick a lot of boxes: Gluten free, bakes well, smells great, tastes great. But as I reviewed the ingredients label on the box, I noticed a small label below. It reads "Bio Engineered Food."As much as I'd like to recommend this product for all the other reasons, I cannot for this one. I certainly won't buy it again. I personally don't want anything engineered in my food and it saddens me that there are other people (food producers) who believe it's OK to foist it on their fellow humans. Shame on you, Betty Crocker team.
