I bought 2 and returned both. They will not connect to the T-Mobile or AT&T cellular networks. It came with an EIOTClub SIM Card ($139+ to activate) so I tossed it aside. I bought new T-Mobile SIM cards and installed in their store where the signal is 5 bars, but the camera will not connect. The T-Mobile store tried several SIM cards. AT&T said these are not compatible with their network. Verizon costs more than the camera per month, with activation fees, etc. Anbiux put WiFi camara instructions in the box. The 4G LTE instructions are on the app. The help on the Tris Home app is unmanned, nobody there day or night. I'm not spending any more money to see if it'll connect to Verizon. I like the concept, and the price, but it doesn't work as advertised.
