Q: Are these really non slip?

It has been a year since I ordered this. I didn’t keep it, but I bought it because it was cleaned w/ a damp cloth. I’m very sure the one I ordered was NOT non-slip. It’s possible the newer ones ar nonslip because it was hard to keep in place, which may not be an issue now.
