Makes no difference to skin
This does not work at all. I've got a ne scarring and used the 12 needle one which worked fantastic and I saw results. But this 36 needle does nothing I saw no redness nothing. My face usually is a bit sensitive and puffy after and I see results within a day or two but this gave me no results. Don't buy this waste of money just stick to the 12 pin needle

Very disappointed
I was disappointed with the 36 needles! I followed the link when buying the dermal pen.they do not penetrate the skin.. i spent 45 mins using them with the pen, thinking i would see some redness at least.. i changed to the 12 needles that came with pen,they appeared to be better. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING 36 NEEDLES
