Yes, sliders certainly help
Used these to slide around a bed in one room & a sleep sofa in another. They work well, similar to the less expensive ones bought at Wal*mart.

mountain climber tool
I too use these for exercise to replicate a piece of equipment (those slippery frisbee looking things) my trainer has. They work perfectly for Mountain Climbers when you slip these under your feet.I also used these to move my couch. They made the event decidedly non-exercise. :)And don't use them on hardwood floors- just carpet as the description states (otherwise the plastic of the Ez Moves gets all scratched up).

These really work well
These little guys really do the job. On one very heavy object I used a pry bar and a block of wood to get the pads where I wanted them. After that it was easy to push. You may not need a pry bar but I am 80 years old, so I look for the easy way of doing things these days!

Really helps with big items.
Works fine, but too expensive.

Love "Moving Men"
My husband and I are getting up there in age and weakness is one of the symptoms. These help us still keep independent and able to move our own furniture.

for mountain climbing not couch moving
I use this product to workout, not its intended use. It works great for when I do my mountain climbers on the carpet, so I imagine that it would work well if I ever want to move my couch.

Do the job!!
Used these under heady wood dining table that was too heavy for 2 people to move. Also used under couch. Certainly prevents back strains. A good item to keep on hand, and lend to friends also!
